How It Works

1. Tell Us Your Idea
   Get in touch through our contact form and share your idea with us. The more detail the better — tell us what you have in mind, who it's for, and any names, dates, or messages you'd like included.
2. We Create Your Design
   Our team will get to work creating a digital proof based on your brief. We'll send it over for your review, so you can see how your finished piece will look before we make it.
3. You Approve It
   Happy with the design? Simply give us the go-ahead. Want any tweaks? No problem — we'll work with you until it's perfect.
4. We Handcraft Your Order
   Once approved, we'll craft your item by hand in our Dundee studio using our laser engraving equipment. Every piece is made with care and attention to detail.
5. We Dispatch It to You
   Your finished piece is carefully packaged and sent straight to your door — ready to gift or display.

• Custom design orders are made entirely to your specification, so please check all names, dates, and spellings carefully before approving your proof
• Once a proof has been approved and production has started, we are unable to make changes — please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details
• We are unable to reproduce copyrighted logos, licensed characters, or branded imagery without the appropriate licences in place
• Lead times for custom orders may be slightly longer than standard products — we'll always keep you informed
